Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due for rent overdue by 14 days or more. Payment for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices (Fee will vary dependent on type of key or device lost). Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs capped at £780.00 inclusive of VAT associated with your early termination of the tenancy. Tenant Protection, Urban Home are a member of Property Mark, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme.
